As Alyssa Edwards once said, "I am a woman of integrity, intelligence, and energy." The trifecta of positive qualities. Integrity speaks for itself. Having a moral backbone is important because if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything. Intelligence is also a refreshing quality in a friend or in a meme. So many people sit around rubbing two brain cells together (me included sometimes) that to come across something with real intellectual heft is a nice change of pace. And finally energy, that's what we're all chasing. We wake up in the morning and hope the energy is there. We go to the gym in search of energy. We drink our coffee in pursuit of the elusive "e" word.
