The weekend is a sacred time. I do not miss the days I spent in high school and college, wasting my whole weekend working on homework. I was a chronic procrastinator as a teenager, and doing anything before my homework on the weekend made me feel so much guilt and shame. Even when it hit 6 PM on Sunday, and I forced myself to read Wuthering Heights, I still felt guilty!
Luckily, when you're an adult, you're usually not expected to get a bunch of work done on the weekend. Your free time is finally your own and yours to enjoy fully. However, that doesn't mean you're not going to feel that creeping sense of dread on Sunday that tells you, "Your time is fleeting! Beware of Monday!" You've still got at least 5 hours to yourself, and I don't want you to waste it on anticipation. Waste it on memes instead!
