Nothing like cracking open a fresh game at the end of a long day. When you're bored or stressed at work, it can be the thing you look forward to. When you're having a rough day, when things just don't seem to be going your way, a nice long video game session can make everything feel better.
But sometimes when you finally boot up your console and pick up your controller, it's already too late. Your eyes are closing and you can't even make it through one level. This is one of the pains of being an adult. When you're a kid, you have all the time and energy to lose yourself to a game for hours, even days. As adults we take on more responsibilities and thus have less time to Mario Kart our little hearts out. That is unless you're a professional gamer, then hats off. The rest of us will have to look at these gaming memes while we're on our lunch break.
